Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Items that are damaged, altered, or worn cannot be returned.

• To request a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and provide a suitable replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, customized/personalized jewelry, and products damaged after delivery are generally non-returnable.

Velvet Gems reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
