At Velvet Gems US, we carefully prepare every order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Because many of our jewelry pieces may be specially prepared or customized, cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:
Order Cancellation
* Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, customized, or shipped.
* Once an order has been processed, made, customized, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
* For custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially altered jewelry, cancellation is not available once production or customization has started.
* If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
* Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:
* Order number
* Customer name
* Reason for cancellation

We will review the request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.
Velvet Gems US reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that have already entered processing, production, customization, or shipping.
